AMBOSELI/TSAVO OVEST/TSAVO EST
Program
Day 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI (225 kms.)
Arrival from Europe at “Jomo Kenyatta” International Airport in Nairobi; after customs and immigration procedures depart towards Amboseli National Park, at the feet of Africa’s highest mountain– the Kilimanjaro. Arrival at Amboseli Serena Lodge by lunchtime; check-in and lunch at the lodge. After some relax, afternoon game drive in the Park until dusk to be back the Lodge in time to enjoy a good sundowner, whilst admiring the sunset lights playing over the snows of the Kilimanjaro.
Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge.
Day 2: AMBOSELI – TSAVO WEST (105 kms.)
Wake up at dawn and, after an early breakfast, game drive at the first lights of the day to snap the wonderful view of the Kilimanjaro – the continent highest mountain. We proceed then towards Tsavo West National Park, with game drive en route arriving at Kilaguni Serena Lodge by lunchtime.
Hotel arrangements and lunch at the lodge. Afternoon spent on game drive in Tsavo West National Park, with a visit to Mzima Springs full of hippos and crocodiles and back to the lodge at sunset.
Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Lodge.
Day 3: TSAVO WEST– TSAVO EAST (240 kms.)
After early morning breakfast depart to proceed towards Tsavo East National Park, enjoying a game drive en route, and arrival at your camp/lodge by lunchtime. Check-in and lunch at the camp/lodge. Afternoon game drive in the Park till sunset and back to the camp/lodge for a late afternoon sundowner around the fire.
Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 4: TSAVO EAST – MOMBASA – DIANI BEACH or MALINDI (250 kms.)
Wake up at dawn and, after a good cup of coffee or tea, depart on an early morning game drive in the Park. Return to the camp/lodge around 09:00/09:30 in time for breakfast and right after that, depart towards the coast via Mombasa arriving at your hotel (either in Malindi or in Diani Beach) at around 14.00/14.30hrs.
