The African Sea Lodge is 22 miles south of Mombasa and set in extensive gardens, the Africana Sea Lodge enjoys a good position on the renowned Diani beach. Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Mombasa airport. Facilities: The table d’hôte Palm restaurant, The á la carte Makaa Grillroom and the Pasta ‘n’ Pizza Garden provide a wide range of cuisine. There are three bars, nightly entertainment including live bands and tribal dancing, the Banda disco and a coffee bar for fresh juice and ice-cream. The flat sandy beach offers a variety of water sports, there is a swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and guests can use all the facilities (including restaurants) at the sister hotels, the adjoining Jadini Beach or the Safari beach just five minutes away by shuttle bus – complimentary in the evenings. This hotel has 160 rooms: All Standard are in thatched rondavels and have air conditioning, shower, telephone, radio, and private terrace.
