Following the disastrous start to the New Year, we were all dismayed to find ourselves the centre of world attention with frightening images of events in Kenya in the international media and travel advisories resulting in massive numbers of cancellations which virtually closed down our tourism in the last few weeks. However all Kenyans celebrated when the news flashed around the world on 28th February that at last an agreement had been signed. It is hoped that the power-sharing agreement will provide the political solution to allow the country to recover from the recent civil unrest and will soon restore Kenya to its position as one of the most stable and successful countries in Africa.
Now we are able to welcome visitors back with the assurance that once again they can feel confident that they will be safe and secure while on holiday in Kenya.
